Cancellation Policy You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time.
How to Cancel: Subscription management, including cancellation, will be available in your workspace's
/dodoadmin
command panel once paid plans are active. You can also cancel by contacting our support team at hi@dodotasks.com.Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy Our policy is designed to be fair, giving you ample opportunity to evaluate the service before making a commitment.
No Refunds on Subscriptions: As a general rule, all payments for monthly or annual subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle or for unused time.
7-Day Free Trial: We provide a 7-day, no-obligation free trial for every workspace. We encourage you to use this period to fully evaluate Dodo Tasks to ensure it meets your team's needs before committing to a paid plan.
Exceptions: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only for exceptional circumstances, such as a significant, prolonged service failure from our end or a clear billing error.
